Gardening after the Holidays

David, Jason and Jacob were amazed at how much everything has grown since before Christmas. Today they weeded and pulled out plants which almost went to seeds. They pushed the wheelbarrow to the compost heaps and emptied it, old lettuces flying threw the air. They had a look at the pumpkin seedlings they planted and spotted many pumpkins growing.

The Marvelous Multicap Garden Group

Hi all, Darren Hardy and Jason Wells came to the farm Tuesday and planted a lot of pumpkin seedlings. They loosened the soil, fertilized and planted. They done a fantastic job. Jane was wonderful in showing them what to do. It was a beautiful day and everything is growing so nicely on the farm. The clients like being there and everybody there is very friendly towards them. Kayla's Good News Story

Over the past few months I have overcome many obstacles I’ve had trouble dealing with in the past, and all credit goes the wonderful people who are associated with the Burnie Community House.

Before becoming a part of the kitchen and the team up at the house, I suffered severely from anxiety. Not wanting to participate in any social activities, not wanting to put myself out in to the world or associate with anything outside of my own comfort zone.
