Hilltop Central is the evolution of our highly successful project Hilltop Fresh Produce Project.  We have adopted the paddock to plate food model and are now into our third year.  We have established an innovative social enterprise with four integrated income streams. ‘A project dreamed, designed and created by a group of community focused organisations and community members that are embracing new ways of working together through a collective impact framework. Sharing the vision and commitment to purpose and recognising innovation comes from different perspectives. We are proud of our efforts to make concrete, long-term changes to the business as usual approach to food, health, people, community and environment.
